Registered massage therapy
My journey into massage therapy began when my doctor recommended it as a treatment for my tension headaches. Experiencing its benefits firsthand inspired me to pursue massage therapy as a way to help others find the same relief. I went on to complete the Massage Therapy program at Makami College in Edmonton and am currently licensed through CRMTA, Alberta.

Biography
I am trained in a range of techniques, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Dynamic Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, and Pre-natal Massage. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients dealing with muscular, skeletal, and neurological conditions. Seeing their progress and hearing their stories of recovery has been incredibly rewarding.
