Post-natal Massage

At Blessed Hands Massage Therapy, we understand that the journey doesn’t end at childbirth—it transforms. A mother’s body goes through incredible changes during pregnancy and delivery, and the postpartum period can be physically and emotionally demanding. Our Postnatal Massage services are thoughtfully designed to support recovery, relieve stress, and promote balance in the days, weeks, and months after giving birth.

Performed by experienced Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), each session is gentle, personalized, and focused on nurturing the mother.

How It Works

Postnatal Massage at Blessed Hands is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. After a short consultation, your RMT will customize the session to focus on areas of tension or discomfort. We use supportive cushions and safe positioning, especially for clients recovering from cesarean delivery.

Sessions can include Swedish massage for relaxation, gentle deep tissue techniques to address muscle tightness, and lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling. We maintain a calming, serene environment that encourages healing and self-care.

📌 You can bring your newborn to the session if needed—we understand flexibility is key during this time.
